The Team

Behind the project are some of the biggest names in hospitality and storytelling:

  • Ed Baumstein, Philly-based entrepreneur who built a nationally recognized consulting firm before turning his attention to food, culture, and community. 
  • Andy Revella, a culinary veteran who developed iconic menus for Bennigan’s, Rainforest Cafe, and Harrah’s Casinos, among others. Named “Greenest Chef in America.” 
  • Jarrett O’Hara, most recently Culinary Director at Federal Donuts and longtime collaborator with James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Solomonov.
