About us

Recipe Philly is a restaurant built by the people who live and eat here.

We ran an open competition across the Philadelphia region, inviting anyone to submit a family recipe they believed deserved a wider audience. Home cooks, grandmothers, line cooks, neighbors. Real food with real history behind it. Finalists compete in July 2026, and the winning dishes go straight onto the menu when we open at Broad and Arch in August 2026.

We started filming in November 2025 and are currently in talks with network and streaming partners to bring the full story to a broader audience.
