Cookbooks & Convos: 11/5

We're honored to host Chef Mia Castro and guests for "Cocina Puerto Rico: A Family Recipe Dinner" as part of Sisterly Love Collective's Cookbooks & Convos series.

For one night only, Mia will be joined by three Philadelphia chefs bringing their own family recipes to the table:

• Yun Fuentes is chef/owner of Bolo, the Rittenhouse Latin American restaurant and James Beard semifinalist kitchen named for his grandfather, whose recipes still shape the menu.
• Amy Rivera Nassar built Amy's Pastelillos around her mother Iris's recipes, turning a tribute to her Hunting Park upbringing into a Fishtown storefront.
• Jaymi Carnazzi is a content creator whose piñon family recipe won a spot on the Recipe Philly menu.

Tickets are $155 per person and include a four-course dinner, a curated drink, a signed copy of Cocina Puerto Rico, and gratuity.
